What Carswafi Does
Carswafi is a technology platform that connects vehicle owners with verified car wash and auto repair service providers. Think of us as the bridge between you and quality service providers in your area.
Important: Carswafi doesn't provide car wash or repair services directly. We connect you with independent operators who deliver these services.
Using Carswafi
Who Can Use Carswafi
To use Carswafi, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your password secure
- Have a valid payment method
Your Account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
For Customers
Bookings & Payments
- Prices are set by operators and shown before booking
- You authorize payment when you confirm a booking
- Cancellation policies vary by operator and are shown at booking
- Service fees are clearly displayed before confirmation
Service Quality
While we verify all operators, the service is provided by independent professionals. We encourage you to:
- Review operator ratings before booking
- Communicate clearly about your needs
- Inspect work upon completion
- Rate your experience to help others
If Something Goes Wrong
Contact us within 48 hours if you're not satisfied with a service. We'll work with you and the operator to resolve the issue fairly.
For Operators
Joining Carswafi
To operate on Carswafi, you need to:
- Complete verification with valid business credentials
- Maintain required licenses and insurance
- Provide accurate service information
- Meet our quality standards
Service Standards
We expect all operators to:
- Deliver professional, safe service
- Honor bookings and arrive on time
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain good ratings and customer feedback
Earnings & Payouts
Carswafi charges a service fee for platform access and support. Details are provided during onboarding.

- Automatic payouts within 72 hours
- Real-time earnings tracking
- You're responsible for applicable taxes
Platform Rules
To keep Carswafi safe, secure, and fair for everyone, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal Activities
Using the platform for any unlawful purposes or illegal transactions.
Harassment
Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward other users.
Payment Fraud
Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent our payment systems.
Account Sharing
Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
False Information
Posting misleading content, fake reviews, or fraudulent business information.
Data Scraping
Automated data collection, scraping, or copying platform content without permission.
⚠️ Violations may result in: Account suspension, termination, legal action, and permanent ban from the platform.
Our Role & Responsibilities
What We Do
We provide the technology platform, verify operators, facilitate payments, and offer customer support. We work hard to maintain a safe, reliable marketplace.
What We Don't Control
We don't directly control:
- The quality of services provided by operators
- Actions of operators or customers
- Condition of vehicles or work environments
- Disputes between customers and operators
While we strive for continuous service availability, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and occasional issues may occur.
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law:
- Carswafi's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months, or KES 10,000, whichever is less
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- These limitations don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Resolving Issues
Service Issues
If you have a problem with a service:
- Try to resolve it directly with the other party
- If that doesn't work, contact our support team within 48 hours
- We'll review the situation and work toward a fair resolution
Legal Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
